Our journey began in 2009, out of necessity. When a family member was diagnosed with gluten intolerance, we faced a stark reality: the “free from” options available were often bland, cardboard-like, and left us feeling like we were missing out. We refused to accept that eating gluten-free meant eating less. So, we started baking.

Over the years, we experimented, failed, learned, and perfected. What started as a mission to feed our own family evolved into something bigger. We realised that so many others were facing the same struggles—the disappointment, the isolation, and the hunger for food that actually tastes like food should.
